As a User Support Technician, you support end users in solving ICT-related issues with software products, programs, or systems, ensuring the continuity of operations within the organization.
- You assist internal employees with the use of ICT infrastructure, enabling them to perform their duties effectively. In doing so, you act as a link between the ICT department and the local business unit.
- You provide users with efficient and customer-friendly support for software, hardware, printer, telephony, videoconferencing, and network issues.
- You maintain a clear overview of the infrastructure and user calls, monitor equipment inventory, and ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.
- You document interventions, inform service desk staff, monitor service levels, and support system engineers.
- You contribute to the execution and implementation of ICT projects.
- You report directly to the IT Lead Infrastructure.
