As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll be part of an enthusiastic team and, together with your colleagues, represent the face of our customer service department. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while helping to achieve the objectives of our sales organization.
- You are the first point of contact for both external and internal customers, providing efficient and customer-focused service built on trust and reliability.
- You will process incoming customer orders in the ERP system to ensure timely delivery of requested products. This includes registering orders, checking volumes and prices, clarifying uncertainties with customers, and monitoring delivery schedules.
- You will also enter promotions and initial commercial volume forecasts accurately and on time in Promotion Management/Infor and/or M3 Demand Planning. This helps ensure timely deliveries and prevents overstocking.
- You handle and resolve external complaints related to logistics or quality issues, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
- You ensure accurate administration and keep our customer files up to date.
- In addition, you coordinate product sheets for new products and promotional variants with the relevant departments within DeliBarn and send them to customers. Afterwards, you manage and process this data in our system.
